Abstract

When a substantial amount of secret data is hidden within medical images, it can lead to noticeable distortions in the image quality. This research leverages spaces between adjacent pixels to enhance imperceptibility in medical image steganography using difference expansion, demonstrating significant improvement compared to existing approaches.
